- You are engaged! And that’s about as far as you’ve gotten... No shame, babe! Maybe planning is not your vibe, or maybe you’re too busy with some other things going on. It’s all good, because you have the most killer coordination team at your side when you choose this package.
- Initial Consultation with Wedding Coordinator to discuss vision and macro-view
- Follow up meetings every month (or week depending on length of engagement) with a tailored list of items that can either be tag-teamed or delegated out.
- Stationery design and mail-out assistance (extra fees for postage calculated based on attendees)
- Full management of vendors upon choosing them together based on budget
- Tailored day-of schedule
- Tailored payment schedule
- Seating chart creation
- Rehearsal coordination - 1 hour on day of couples’ choosing
- Complete devotion to the couple and executing the wedding day to perfection according to previously discussed details and agenda. (Including but not limited to day of decorating, vendor communication, and family wrangling)
- This includes walkie-talkie service with other vendors, and bride’s designated point of contact person in bridal suite
